Whole grain stone ground flours represent a group of products that brings us back to the traditional way of producing flour from whole grains of rye, buckwheat, oat, and spelt.
Products made with this flour have a high quality in nutritional values, dark color, slightly rougher structure, nice full taste and meet the requirements of new trends in both the bakery and confectionery industry.

For our flours, we designate only the best wheat from our silos,
controlled and well-known for its quality.
For that reason, Zitoserm’s milled products have been known for their quality for decades.
We produce the following flour types: Type 400, Type 500, Type 850, whole wheat, wheat grits, wheat bran .
We recommend them for the production of different types of bread, pastries,
cakes… as you wish, while wheat bran
is used as raw materials for the production of animal feed.
