Whole buckwheat flour is created by stone-grinding buckwheat which does not belong to grains, but it provides a high quality flour. It is used for production of special baking products and ready-mixes. It contains vitamins and minerals,doesn’t contain gluten, but it may contain it in traces because it is being ground in the facilities where wheat is ground as well.

Stone-ground rye creates flour with a specific taste and smell; therefore, it became a convenient raw material for baking. It is usually mixed with wheat flour, from 30% to 70%, depending on what final product is needed. It contains less gluten than wheat flour and It contains less gluten than wheat flour and gives a slightly sour taste.

Produced from spelt, which is an old sort of wheat. It has excellent nutritional values and gluten which is easily dissolved and decomposed in water and in the heat. Whole spelt flour is used for production of special bread and pastry types.

Type 400 – EXTRA WHITE

Extra white flour is produced by grinding the highest quality part of a wheat grain; therefore, it has the best characteristics. With its composition, extra white flour creates white products with fine structure. It is designed for a production of pastry, puff pastry, cakes, pastry sheets and pasta.

Due to the preparation of ground mixtures, white flour has a homogeneous (uniform) quality and it represents the largest percentage of products derived from grinding/milling wheat. It has further usage in bakery industry, for production of bread, pastry and ready-mixes.

Semolina is a product made from “the heart” of a wheat grain, which is separated during sifting process on semolina cleaning machines after the first phase of krupljenja in technological grinding process. Semolina is fairly sought-after product with good characteristics.

Due to its features, it is used for snack production.
